Weber Q 1431 Griddle

Just as with any cast iron item, it mus be seasoned well in order to cook on it without things sticking. It fits perfectly on the grill top.

The griddle is HEAVY and has a small, rough cooking surface (I guess I didn't pay attention to the specs.) I expected a less weighty griddle with a smoother, LARGER cooking surface. That being said, it fits the grill nicely.

We are so glad that we decided to buy this. We use our grill attached to our camper and this product is great for those morning breakfasts! It is easy to use easy to clean up.
