Thorough and responsive customer service
To me, the test of a company is when something goes wrong. I ordered the drip tray and received a grill cover. Hmmm... Occasionally mistakes happen. I contacted the company using the email reply thru Amazon and explained that I received the wrong product. I had an email reply in < 24 hours. The correct product was being shipped right away and I wasn't interrogated to the nth degree. It arrived in a timely manner and is exactly as ordered. Plus, the new package had a return label for the original incorrect product. Easy to get it back to the company and no extra steps on my part to print a label. Well done.
Perfect
This drip pan was exactly what I wanted and expected. This was to replace our old drip pan that got to be too dirty and could not get it cleaned very well.

received tray with corner bent. packaged in two boxes taped together with no inner cushion.appears to have dropped.I would not recommend
