Help renew your grill!
The burner tubes on my Genesis Silver A grill hadn't been putting out enough heat recently and I decided to remedy the situation by overhauling my grill (which needed some other new parts anyway). There was a bit of labor required in removing the old burner tubes but once you have that done, installation of the new burner tubes and mating to the gas manifold is a snap! The instructions are relatively easy to follow but you can visually determine the way everything goes together by examining your grill. Make sure to perform the leak test! This is genuine Weber part and was cheaper than buying direct from Weber.
Good as new
My grill has not been generating enough heat for a while. Cleaning the burner tubes hasn't helped. Lately I have had to scrape tongs along the burner to get the flame to go across. Decided to replace the guts with stainless replacements. Took about 20 minutes to install and the grill is as good as new.
I have a brand new grill!
I inherited my dad's 12 year old weber. Had it about a year, and it hasn't been cooking that evenly. I replaced the flavorizor bars with some new ss ones, and the old burner with this one. The grill is working fantastic now, like new again. If you are having trouble with an old grill, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed with this burner.
