Smoking meat
I wanted to resurrect the Weber smoker I inherited from a friend. Smoker was missing the door so had to order one. Description and final product was right on. Arrived in good time. Thank you.
Does the job
I bought this door so I can make a cold-smoking rig for my WSM. I think it may fit better than the original, so this could end up as the replacement, while I drill holes in the original.
