Provides a sharp look and functional too
Prior to this cover I had one that went all the way down to the ground. Not only did it make my grill look like a trash heap, but a couple of field mice found it worked real well as a ladder into my grill for the winter.
With this grill cover option, my grill looks much better and does not welcome unwanted visitors.
Great cover for the Weber Genesis Silver C
I purchased my Genesis Silver C grill and this cover in May 2005. I'm just now needing to replace the cover. It cracked on the corner (one corner), 2 years ago, but it's getting wider now. I put off replacing because I couldn't find another like it. Now the tear is widening and I have to replace it. I have been searching for this cover since I got the tear, but this is the first place I've found them. I prefer the half-length cover for a couple of reasons. First, unless you keep your grill on a patio or deck, the moisture that rises from the ground during the day will collect inside your grill. It can be rain, dew or even humidity. The half-length cover allows for quick evaporation, and I no longer have to worry about rust corrosion on critical parts like the burners and grates. Outstanding cover for your grill!
This grill cover fits my Weber Genesis Silver B grill exactly as shown in the photo. The material is heavy-duty but very flexible which makes it both easy to put on and take off and protects the grill well when in place. The cover has velcro closures at each end so you can custom size the cover to fit as tight or loose as you like.
I feel this cover will have a long serviceable life and it is of the good quality I hoped it would be. I highly recommend this cover and would buy it again without question.
