Rotisserie
Was actually purchased for use on Charbroil grill. Small mods had to be made. Works great with heavy roasts
Like a Charm
I have had this item for more than a month now and have used it approximately 10 times. The rotisserie arrived in a huge over-sized box, but well protected inside by the inflatable bags that Amazon likes to use. Item was exactly as described. Assembly was very elementary and completed in less than 5 minutes. This is the same item that Weber sells for more than 100.00, not a knock off or third party product.
Pros:
Works like a charm. I have bbq'd two small 4-5 pound chickens that were as good if not better than store bought. I also bbq'd a large 7-8 pound bird that I brined for 12 hours. It was way better than anything you could get in the stores. For Thanksgiving the rotisserie handled a 12 pound turkey without incident.
Cons:
Really not a con to this simple well made product, more a comment on the process of rotisserie cooking. Because most slow cooking requires some type of basting and nothing is better than butter, you need to have the drip...
Weber Rotissere
This product is great. We grilled two 20 pound turkeys
for Thanksgiving. It took a little over two hours! It is
a great addition to the grill.
