Weber 757001

Why go Gas when you can go Charcoal?
The flavor of charcoal with the ease of gas. Cleanup is a breeze with the ash catcher attached to the bottom of this grill. I will never go back to gas now that I have the One Touch Gold Kettle Grill.
Great grill...occasionally at an even greater price
THE GRILL: What can you say...it's a Weber kettle! (22 1/2 inch One-Touch Gold in green color.) I did have one issue with one of the four tabs holding the cooking grid -- it pulled away from the top spot weld on the side and lets the grid slip down a bit, especially if the fold-up part of the grid is right over that tab. Not good if you have weight on that area. I rotated the grid to minimize the problem and will be contacting Weber about a work-around. Am I upset? Not a bit, but I tend to be a work-around nut anyway. The cleaning system is great, and it does a good job of regulating the air flow. Assembly was mostly straight forward, even though I hate instructions that have illustrations only, which this has. I added the Weber 7412 Work Table (purchased locally) and am pleased with the work space. I also added the Weber 7454 Work Table Cover specifically for the grill with work table attached. Don't buy a premium cover for the grill only (if you may be getting the table)...
Outstanding!
I only wish I'd known what a great leap forward my grilling ability would take with using this grill -- I'd have bought this style long ago. I did a beef roast just last night that may have been the best I've ever cooked (get the roast rack, too; you'll be glad you did). I got the green with the whitewall tires and love its vintage look on the deck of my vintage home, also. The "one-touch" ash removal system actually is not quite one touch, but it's a vast improvement over the old way of dumping the ashes.
