Weber 6522001 Genesis E-320 Liquid Propane Gas Grill, Copper

Flat out awesome grill
Bought this to replace a Weber Q 200, which was a fantastic little grill that changed my mind about gas grilling. I'd always been a charcoal purist before the Q, but decided to give it a try and was amazed at how consistently beautiful and delicious my grilled items turned out. Unfortunately, there were two downsides to the Q: 1) the size - with four of us, grilling main course plus side items invariably turned into a juggling act with some items getting cold before the others were done, and 2) one burner meant no real option for indirect grilling. The Genesis E-320 addresses both of the concerns. I'm getting the same great results (even cooking, beautiful sear marks) but more surface area and better temperature control.

I almost pulled the trigger on this grill last season, but I'm glad I waited. Thanks to the new burner design which places the knobs on the front, you now have more surface area on the side for prep, etc., and the fore-aft burner configuration makes more...
2011 Weber 6521001 Gensis 320 LP Grill
Hello,

I will start this review by telling you that this grill ROCKS.. It is my first Weber.... I came from Kenmore... This grill came delivered as promised! The shipper that Amazon uses is ABS. They were fantastic. Kudos to them for the prompt delivery service. The grill came in a pretty big box weighing about 190 lbs. I put it together in my living room and carried it outside before installing the Left Side Table and Right Burner Assembly. You cannot lift the grill using these two points when installed, but have a good anchor point beforehand.... Anyway .. EVERYTHING Weber uses in this grill is fantastic. It's quality.... I would have liked to see Weber have a piece of stripping wrapped around the circle on the Bottom Panel where the LP tank would sit. I think condensation would transfer from the tank over time and rust the panel. I will head out to the local hardware store to purchase this to act as a barrier. I also would like a shelf inside the cabinet to sit some...
It's like grilling for the very first time...!
I've gone though about 6 or 8 inexpensive gas grills before finally buying this Weber. In my mind I was just was never able to justify the extra cost but have learned my lesson. I started this lesson 8 years ago when my brother-in-law and I went grill shopping together. He bought the basic 2-burner Weber unit (like the current Spirit E-210) for around $300. I bought the standard cheapo unit for around $100 and was proud of myself for pocketing the extra dough. Four years later my cheapo unit was shot and I had to replace it. His Weber was still going strong. I replaced my cheapo with a slightly better cheapo. Add another four years and this cheapo is having problems. His Weber was still going strong (although he had replaced the flaverizer bars for ~$25.)

Seeing his experience sold me on Weber and turned me off any no-name or low-cost grill. I started looking at the Spirit E-210 and wanted something a little larger. I showed the Spirit E-310 to my wife and she didn't like...
