Weber 6479 Grill Press

Perfect for sous vide
I needed a weight for holding down meat packages in my sous vide. Regular cast iron presses would rust and aluminum ones either were not heavy enough or to get them heavy enough they were too big to fit in my sous vide. Then I found this one. It is cast iron so it is good and heavy, it is the right size to fit easily in my sous vide, and it is covered with enamel which keeps it from rusting. Perfect.

Heavy guage metal. Works well on the grill and in the kitchen. Helps distribute heat evenly and cook thoroughly. Speeds up cooking without over cooking food
weber grill press
I originally bought this because it's a weber accessory, i figured i'd use it once in a while. i use it quite often. i keep it on my grill and it gets used regularly. i guess it doesn't really matter the brand but you'd be surprised how handy a grill press is.
