Amazing Grill
I received this grill as a gift for Father's day and I am new to grilling. I have to say that from the first time I fired it up and placed some fish or steak on it, it has been great! Food is delicious and the grill is solidly and quality made. It came with a slight scratch to one of its' panels, so I called Weber and they immediately sent me a new piece (obviously free of charge). Their customer service is TOP notch!
In short, the grill is great. Gets very hot-~600, SS grates are easy to clean, everything is engineered well, food comes out delicious, and the customer service is top notch.
BTW, my father-in-law has a Gas Weber that is just over 10yrs old. The hinge pieces have just recently rusted through and one of the hinges broke. He called Weber and they sent him a whole new hinge assembly (Firebox and hinge pins, etc..) so he is now back to using his grill. We are very impressed with their dedication to Customer Service.

Fantastic BBQ
I have owned several charcoal and 2 prior gas bbq's. This one is great, heats up much faster and cooks very fast as well, I have more flavor in everything that I cook now, the whole family can really tell the difference. Great buy and rated #1 in Consumer Reports for outdoor BBQs.
Excellent Value
This gas grill was simple to assemble and looks great when complete. 3 burners and steel grates make grilling fun and easy. Clean up is simple and stainless steel top keeps grill looking new at all times. I highly recommend this grill.
