Weber 6433 Saucing System

Great product, sleek design!! And it works!!!
For years I've been struggling with the whole barbecue sauce application process while grilling. Putting the sauce in a bowl or measuring cup and brushing it on with a brush was the best system I could come up with. I've been using a brush with silicone bristles for a few years, and that was a huge improvement. But I still had the problem of the brush falling out of the bowl or cup of sauce. What a mess! This Weber Saucing System finally solves that problem!! The container is sturdy plastic and dishwasher safe. The basting brush is high quality, heavy stainless steel with silicone bristles. It holds the sauce very well and is long enough to make applying the sauce very easy. And, of course, the best part: The brush rests perfectly across the sauce container, and any sauce left in the brush drains back into the container. No more brush falling out of a bowl full of sauce and onto the ground. No more mess. No more worries!! This Weber product is a must for anyone who grills and uses...
Use it all the time
I've had this for a couple of years and it's very practical. It does everything it claims to and you can pour out the leftover easily if you want to save. It has measurement increments on the side if you want to make your own sauce. The one thing I want to stress is that I didn't read the packaging and I've always washed the cup and the brush in the dishwasher and never had any problems.
Almost perfect
Construction is excellent and its very nice that the brush just sits on the pitcher. Only complaint about this item is that once I received it, I noticed that it states it is NOT dishwasher safe. I have not been able to figure out why it cannot be placed in the dishwasher. Everything seems to be of top quality. However this one bad quality keeps it from being the perfect addition.

Weber 7538 Gas Grill Flavorizer Bars

Awesome Replacement
Older BBQ was dying....inconsistent temps, weird hot spots. Took the grates and flavorizer bars out and the old burner was cracked and putting out a weird flame pattern. I had cleaned the old burners several times with a wire brush over its lifespan. Ordered new stainless burners and at the same time I decided to get these too. The old bars were enamel coated metal and completely rusted out with holes in the middle and some were split and falling on the burners. These stainless ones look a lot better and I am sure will last longer. Put it all back together and it works like new. Love Weber stuff. Exact fit on all parts and they work great. I highly recommend spending the extra money for stainless. Worth its weight in gold!
Flavorizer bar replacement - Genesis 1000
My Genesis 1000 has been with me for 10+ years and I've replaced the flavorizer bars once, hopefully these will last just as long. The product arrived on time and was a perfect fit.
Flavor Bars
Saw these bars at over $100 and I would have purchased the wrong set. On line you can put in your Weber grill specifications and you are directed to the correct set. Fits, steaks are cooking evenly again and I love my 15 year old Weber grill.

Weber Slide-ASide #8411 as pictured and described is the replacement for Weber part #16116 which will fit all Weber 18.5" and 22.5" Charcoal Kettle Grills.

A must
Hold the cover like a charm
Hard to find them now ..
Weber cover still fit on the BBQ even with this holder install ...
Problem solver
This solves the problem of what to do with the hot cover. Should be included as standard equipment with every Weber kettle!
Great item
If you have a Weber kettle that does not have the factory lid holder, you will want this handy item.
It gives you a place to hang the lid while working on the grille. Much easier than the built in hook in the lid.

Weber Gas Grill Drip Tray 85897 Genesis Silver A and Spirt 500

Did what it says
Consider buying the porcelain one if you want it to last longer. This is just like the one that came with the grill the first time.
I could have not been more pleased with the purchase
It is exactly what I wanted and so easy to find and receive.
It fit just like it should
I would recommend Amazon to anyone needing grill parts.
Fits like a glove
I was a little nervous that this piece wouldn't slid into the slot and that it would be too thin and not hold up to the heat. That is not the case. It slid in right out of the box and is made of nice, thick metal. Been working great for the last two weeks (we grill every night). Happy with the purchase.

Weber 7539 Porcelain-Enameled Flavorizer Bars

7539 are 24.5 inches long. description says 26" which the box dimensions
I was going to order these from amazon but the size description was off, saying 26" so i ended up going to home depot to buy them. same price but had to pay sales tax. lol no biggie.

#7539 are 24.5 inches long. description says 26" which the box dimensions.

genisis e310 series with 3 knobs on top right.

If you have a e310 with the knobs in the front, these are the wrong ones.

hope this helps people out.
Perfect!
These fit my Genesis e-320 grill perfectly and were less expensive than ordering directly from the manufacturer (and I'm sure faster, with Amazon Prime).
The OEM Weber part at Amazon prices with Prime speed
This is the Weber part, and fits the Genesis E310/320 grill perfectly. These reduce flare ups while giving drippings a hot surface on which to vaporize, which is one of the primary ways that grilling creates a different flavor than other methods. I'd therefore suggest using these on all grills that come with them from the factory.

I purchased these to replace a 5 year old set, probably a little before they were actually due, but I had already decided to replace a few other parts and just kept going. With proper care, or in my case improper - I never even attempted to clean these once, and I don't cover my grill - you should easily get 5-7 years out of them.

I am rating 4 stars and withholding the last star for two reasons. First, the price is a little high for 5 pieces of bent steel with porcelain enamel. Second, the packaging has them stacked, and in my case, when I separated them as gently as I could, I still chipped some enamel, which is the starting...

Weber 7537 Stainless Steel Flavorizer Bars

Low-Grade Stainless; Don't Bother
First, let me state that I (usually) love Weber products. When I was a younger and broke, one of the 'symbols of affluence' for me was to be able to afford a Weber grill. At the time, they were (for me) a high priced status symbol, i.e.: they weren't 'some piece of crap made in China that you'd have to replace in 3-5 years'.

I now own a Weber 'Genesis Silver A' gas grill (that needs to have the frame rebuilt because of rusting issues), a Weber 22.5" One Touch Silver, and a Weber 18.5" Smokey Mountain Cooker. I use them all regularly. As a welder and metal fabricator, I can now clearly see where the weaknesses are in their products.

I bought a set of these to replace my grill's original bars thinking that the stainless steel wouldn't rust; that they would last longer than the original ceramic coated ones. I was wrong.

Weber products are, usually, very well designed and made, but with them recently shifting their production overseas (read: East Asia /...
These WILL rust
Like other reviewers, I purchased these stainless steel flavorizer bars to replace my rusted enameled bars. After two years of average use (grilling once a week or so during the summer), as I was cleaning my grill I realized that these stainless steel bars are rusty...quite rusty, on both the top and bottom.

I was surprised, so I contacted Weber customer service about the rust on the stainless steel bars. They explained, and I quote:

"The flavorizer bars will rust within the first year of use. This is normal due to the amount of abuse they take protecting the burner tubes. We recommend that you replace the bars once they break or fall apart. I would suggest rotating the bars for a longer longevity."

Fine. No problem. Based on Weber's recommendation, I assume the flavorizer bars are still doing their job, even if rusty. However, I now believe I was too hasty in replacing my old bars. And, when it's time to replace the stainless steel bars, I may...
excellent quality
These are not cheap, but they are very heavy and will last a long time.

A little tip - while replacing my old ones, I noticed that only one was really worn, the other four were in good shape; so rotating the most worn bar to a different position (before significant wear) would enable the set to last longer.

Weber 6453 Style Rib Rack

Ribs for Dummies
I love ribs, but I hate making them. That is... until I bought this rib rack. It's as close to "set it and forget it" as you can get, if you have a gas grill.

Put the ribs on the rack, get your grill around 300 degrees with indirect heat, and come back in two hours. That's pretty much it, without getting in to different rubs / sauces / smoke.

The design of this rack keeps the heat evenly distributed around your ribs, without grill marks (except for the tips, which may touch the grill). The wide sides make it fairly easy to carry from the grill to your table, but keep in mind, the rack will be VERY HOT. You'll want a couple Weber Barbecue Mitts, and a clear path to your table (and something that can withstand the heat from the rack).

There are two reasons this doesn't get five stars:

1) The space between the slots is fairly limited, and ribs curl a little when they're...
FANTASTIC rib rack, durable, great design and easy to clean!
This rib rack looks great, it is very sturdy, and although it has room for 4 racks, I was able to fit a fifth between the last slot and the handle. The ribs turned out wonderful. I used no nonstick spray, and I removed the ribs from the rack with no problems whatsoever. Cleanup was great. I removed any bits of food and smoke residue easily, and the rack still looks brand new after the first use. I recommend this rack for the quality, price, and easy cleanup. Highly recommended.
Good rack, but pricey.
If you're looking for a rib rack to take some abuse, not rust, and willing to pay a premium, this is the rack for you. The only reason i give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price. However, I have the Weber 4431001 Spirit E-320 Propane Grill, Black along with Weber Style 6435 Professional-Grade Grill Pan and the rib rack fits perfectly with the grill pan. If you're looking for something that is built to fit with your Weber grill, and last pretty much forever, you can't go wrong with that trio, it's a match made in heaven!

Weber 7454 Vinyl Cover, Fits Charcoal Grills with Work Table

Fantastic Cover for Weber 18.5" grill
This grill cover fits perfectly over the side table and grill perfectly in both sizes, but I have the smaller grill (18.5"), it has sturdy Velcro straps to adjust the sides to fit perfect. This cover is definitely worth it becuase it is very thick and heavy as well, nothing bad has happened to my grill thanks to this wonderful Weber cover.
Perfect
This cover fit perfectly over our new Weber 22.5 in. Gold grill and work table. The fabric is think and repels water. A must have if buying the work table!
Even Fits If You Have The Rotisserie Attached
As others have mentioned, this is a must if you have the work table.

In addition, I have the rotisserie ring:

I can leave it in place with the kettle cover on and the cover still fits.

Weber 7413 Work Table, fits Kettle Charcoal Grills

A Valuable Accessory for the Weber Kettle
One of the few drawbacks, if you can call it that, of the Weber Kettle Grill is the lack of a shelf on which to place your food, cutting board or platters. I own the earlier wooden shelf that sits atop a frame fastened to one of the grill legs. It works well enough, but you can't easily remove the frame if you want to store the grill and you can't use a cover if the frame is attached.
Enter the Weber 7412 Work Table! The unit clips to the bowl and can be easily detached. The surface area is much larger than the earlier model too. The hard plastic construction assures that the table will stand up to even the most ardent grillers. The legs snap into place and can be easily removed for storage. One nice feature is that the table can be positioned anywhere along the grill bowl. This is accomplished by creating a cutout on the table that enables you to position it over one of the grill handles. The three pegs on the front of the table will hold your favorite tools too...
A Must for the One-Touch Grill!
This worktable fits perfectly on my 18.5" One Touch grill and it's the just the right surface area for plates and other cooking utensils. Very minor assembly required. Shipping time was quick. A great buy no doubt!
I don't know why I waited so long.
I have had a weber for 20 years and have always seen these tables around. I finally purchased one and am so happy with it. It's great, finally some place to set my food, instead of playing the balancing act. It's very sturdy and doesn't interfere with the lid catcher that I have on the side.

Weber Style 6452 Barbecue Apron

Weber quality with a bottle opener
This is an apron with a bottle opener attached. Done, and done. Seriously though, this is a great quality apron. It's about twice as thick as the "Kiss the Cook" type aprons you can get at the supermarket, and it looks more like what a man would want an apron to look like. It basically looks like they took a car mechanics uniform and turned it into an apron.

It has a small pocket at the top for a probe thermometer, a wide but not deep pocket in the middle, and a beer sized pocket to the side. It also has a bottle opener attached with a little cord.

It would be better with the addition of a small pocket for recipe cards and the like. Also, the neck hole is a little larger than I would prefer. I'm not tucking briskets under my chin or anything, but splashes do happen.

BTW I bought this because I ruined a pair of shorts when I bumped into a greasy part of my grill. Live and learn.

Update: I overlooked the fact that the neck strap and waist ties...
So far so good, nice BBQ apron!
I got this for my husband as an early Father's Day gift. We tried using a apron we had but it wasn't heavy duty enough and looked girly. :) This one is perfect. It's Weber which means it'll last a long time. (I have their 3 BBQ tool set and it looks like brand new after over a year). It has a simple design, is thick material, and the added pockets, adjustable neck strap, and beer can opener! are great add-ons. He likes it and it keeps the flying grease and burning bits off his clothes and body when grilling.
Useful and well made
This is a nice apron for grilling. It has a number of pockets which are great for thermometers, timers and other gadgets you might need, and the built-in bottle opener is at least amusing even if you don't use it often. The loop that goes around your neck is the same strap as the back ties so it is somewhat adjustable (you can shorten the neck loop by lengthening the back ties and vice versa). Pockets are all rather wide, except the one the bottle opener is attached to (which we reserve for that and bottle caps), so objects like cell phones often rotate and lay on their sides at the bottom which may make them harder to grab. Overall, the quality seems high and the detailing is nice.

Weber 6449 Style Kabab Set

Kabobs in style
Similar to the Weber 6453 Style Rib Rack, this kabob set is something you'd really only get as a gift for someone, or if you happen to be a fan of the Weber brand and Style series.

You're paying a relatively big premium over the Weber 6405 All-Purpose Kabob Set, and losing a kabob slot. But, you also receive one of the nicest looking kabob sets around, and it comes in a very nice full color box that looks nice as a gift and would be easy to wrap.

The two-prong design on the skewers is really very good. They do a better than average job of keeping your food from spinning around randomly, when you're turning them. The Weber logo on each skewer is a nice touch, but they'll most likely turn brown by the time your kabobs are ready, and they're kind of a pain to keep clean.

The wide handles on either side of the rack...
Don't waste your money!
This is the second Weber Kabob set I've gotten in the past 3 months. The first one was a gift that I received for Christmas. The weld on the cross bars had broken. I tried to mend it with a high heat metal repair kit but was unsuccessful, so I tossed it and ordered another set. This one arrived with one cross bar totally off of the frame and the other bar held on by one weld. The welding stinks and this set will not hold with food on the skewers. Waiting to hear from the shipper about a refund. Very disappointed that Weber would put their name on this piece of junk.
Good but Pricey
Pros:
- The two prong design on the skewers really does work. Easy to turn and the meat, veggies, fruit doesn't "sping" on the skewer.
- Rack design allows you to cook over the heat and not have it directly on the grates. Avoids food "sticking" to the grates.
- Rack design allows the entire rack to be put on the grill or removed from the grill at the same time.

Cons:
- As to be expected with metal skewers they get HOT. Really HOT. Expect 10 minutes to cool enough to handle after they are removed from the heat.
- The pretty stainless steel only stays pretty through one use.
- As other reviewers noted the rack gets REALLY Hot. Those barbecue mits really are a good idea. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT TRYING TO MOVE IT WITH REGULAR OVEN MITTS.

Weber 3300 Small Aluminum Drip Pans

Fits my Weber BBQ perfectly - lasts FOREVER!
I bought a pack of these with my new Weber BBQ two years ago and have yet to use more than the first one (and I BBQ a LOT). There's nothing wrong with the product - they fit perfectly in the holder at the base of the grill and seem to work fine. From time to time, I was looking at the drip pan and it never seemed to fill up. As a matter of fact, it seemed to get shinier as time went by! This got me curious. Well, it seems our dog Cosmo was waiting 'till the grill cooled down and we were in for the night, and was sneaking up and contentedly lapping up the drippings! He wasn't hurting anything and really seemed to enjoy his "secret snack"... so we just pretend to not notice.

If you don't have a dog like Cosmo, get these for your BBQ.
Easy Cleanup
I purchased these with the Gold C series and they make cleanup a breeze. If you own a Weber, these are a small investment and well worth it!
If you are not familiar with theseitems: they fit at the bottom of Weber grills to catch excess oil, fat and grease; when they become full or unsightly...just discard, no cleanup needed!

Happy grilling!
They're Just Drip Pans
What can anyone write about these? They're aluminum drip pans. They catch grease. Unless you can buy them via some sort of Free Shipping deal, you'd be much better off buying them at the local hardware store. I bought mine with my grill, so shipping costs weren't a problem. They work fine.

Weber 47510001 Spirit E310 Natural Gas Grill, Black

Easy to assemble - natural gas grill
LP gas grills are in all the home stores, but not natural gas grills. My last Weber natural gas grill lasted 12 years, but I could not get replacement flavor bars for the old models, so it was not worth pressure washing it again. So we ordered this natural gas grill, the perfect small size for our grilling needs. (But large enought for a turkey.) I like to read the assembly directions prior to doing the assembly, but I could not "read" them because the assembly instructions were pictures without words. The instructions were very understandable, but it is important to be mindful of the explanation marks. Assembly was straight foward, and in a couple of hours, it was a grill. Everything was included, and we did not need to buy anything additional to connect it to our natural gas connection. Even though they sent a dead AA battery for the electronic igniter, we're still giving five stars for being shiney, new, and working well when we grilled.
Awesome grill, best value around
I did a lot of research before choosing this Weber model. Personally, I don't care about having a side burner or any of the other "extras" you can get (and pay more for). The cooking area on this model is plenty for my purposes. I just wanted a solid, high-quality grill, with a high-quality, heavy grate that transfers the heat well, a grill that can get very hot, fast, and that has a nice heavy lid that keeps the heat in so it works like a convection oven. I also wanted to buy a grill that will last. This grill completely fits the bill and I have no complaints. I definitely recommend it if your needs are similar to mine.
You can't beat Weber!
You really can't beat the quality of a weber grill. It isn't the 1 or 2 season grill that you see in most big box and home improvement stores. This thing is really built well with higher quality parts and great customer service. I'm not sure if every part is made in the U.S., it could be, but you can tell you're dealing with an American company that does take pride in their workmanship. That is enough right there to convince me to buy their products.

I took off a single star because during the shipping process, 5 parts were bent or messed up. I expected this might happen because of the rough shipping that UPS usually does. It could be packed a little better, but I called Weber directly, and they Fedex overnighted all the parts to me in very well packed containers.

The grill has done an excellent job in cooking. The porcelain enamel grates are great because the porcelain is actually baked into the grate. It has the look, texture, and performance of cast...

Weber 586002 Q 320 Portable 393-Square-Inch 21700-BTU Liquid-Propane Gas Grill

Unless your cooking for an army, this is the one to get...
Been waiting for awhile to find a good deal on this, but Amazon's got the best price with shipping you are going to find. $0.01, doesn't get much better than that. What surprised the heck out of me was ordering early Thursday morning and finding at my doorstep Friday before noon. FedEx overnight, somebody loves me. This was supposed to ship ground.

I've bought a Weber Q several years ago, so I already know what the fuss is about. Cast iron grill, great cook platform, etc. I've never used a cover, so over the years, I've had to replace burners, etc. as they corroded and degraded. Not Weber's fault, but Weber customer service is the greatest, 24/7 etc., cheerfully helped identify what I needed and sent me the replacement parts.

I've been enviously looking at the 300 and when I saw the specs on the 320, I knew I was looking at my next Weber.

I thought I knew what I was getting, but I was pleasantly surprised at what I unboxed. This one is even...
Finally the perfect grill!
I've owned every type of BBQ grill over my 70+ years. The Weber Q320 is the best of the lot. I switched from charcoal to gas grills about 35 years ago because gas grills are so much less trouble. The one thing I liked about charcoal grills is the flavor derived from the smoke formed when juices dripped onto the hot coals. Early gas grills I owned duplicatd that effect with lava rocks. But lava rocks were different sizes and sometimes fell through the supporting grate. Then ceramic briquettes became available. They were standard in size and easy to form into a pattern to catch the drippings. But ceramic does deteriorate over time so it wasn't a perfect solution.

I believe Weber was the first, or among the first, to provide "flavor bars" - metal, triangular bars - to replace lava rocks and ceramic briquettes. Flavor bars worked well for me for many years. Their disadvantages were that they did eventually rust out, but they did last a long time; and to clean the...
Great Grill!!
Originally planned on gettin' the Weber Summit S-320 but at $980 (the cost of livin' in paradise), it was pricey enough to give pause. Decided on the Q 300 when I realized that I would only be cookin' for a dozen at most. Locally, the Q 300 was priced at $377. When I discovered that Amazon had the upgraded 300 series for $18 less, I jumped at the opportunity. And $0.01 shipping - 2 day FedEx no less - made it a sweeter deal.

This compact grill heats faster and cooks better than any $300 big box model, even if said model is rated at > 40,000 btu and the Q 320 is "only" 21,700 btu. Sears steaks and veges like no one's business and also does great roasting with the burners turned down. A snap to assemble (no cussing required) and also pleasing to the eye.

If you're looking for your 1st grill, get the Q 320. If you're looking for a replacement grill, get the Q 320. If don't need a grill but have $359.01 lying around, get the Q 320.

Weber 7574 Premium Kettle Cover, Fits 26-Inch Charcoal Grills

And under the big top...
Yes, it seems this cover is big enough to host a circus. Fortunately, I just use it to cover my grill. Weber makes very nice covers, and the cover for the 26 is no exception. It easily slides over the grill and hangs almost all of the way to the ground. This is nice, since a cover I have for a 22 inch kettle only covers half of the legs. I am still using a Weber cover that has been on a grill for 10 years. When you buy this expect quality, longevity, and most importantly, a clean grill.
Weber covers are the best
This cover fits the 26" kettle perfect. It is made of excellent material, and judging by my other Weber brand grill covers, will last a very long time. The Velcro at the bottom of the cover is very nice, and insure a snug fit to the grill. I like it very much.
Grill cover
The absolute best cover for the Weber grill. It is lightweight but protects from rain and wind. It fits great and very easy to get on and off. No other grill cover has ever been this easy (on and off)

Weber 7509 Igniter Kit

A little patience, a lot of benefit
As others have noted, you have to take apart a few pieces of the grill to get to this part; which makes it a good time to replace other parts of your grill that need attention. That being said, this is such an item of convenience (particularly if you grill year round) that it is well worth the time and effort to install. My Weber (a Silver B) is a good 10 years old now and still runs like a champ. Outside of new flavorizer bars every so often and a new set of grates a couple of years ago, I think this might be my first real "repair" to the grill.
Works perfectly
I bought the Weber replacement igniter after trying a generic one from a local store. I never could get the generic to work. Save yourself the headache and buy the correct one first, follow the installation directions exactly. This one made my grill work like new again.
Weber's great!
Weber makes their grills to last, and part of that is offering replacement parts at reasonable prices. These igniters usually last around 5 years of heavy use before part of it fails (usually the stainless steel igniter box), though you can sometimes revive a dead igniter by cleaning the gunk out of it.

Anyway, this igniter takes around five minutes to install. Make sure you poke the small metal tab through the small bottom hole rather than trying to squeeze it into the main igniter hole.

Weber 6554 Q Premium Cover

Feels sturdy and keeps the grill clean from elements
It is absolutely sturdy and covers the grill so well from external elements such as water or dust. I am pleased with it.
Solid cover for the Weber Q 220 w/ Stationary Car
I received the cover today from Amazon and immediately put it on my new barbeque. Looks great, fits really well, i.e. not tightly but I don't have to worry about it blowing away either thanks to the velcro tightening straps on each side of the cover. I hope it helps my new Weber Q220 last many years.
Does the Job
I ordered this to protect our Weber Q 120 and rolling cart (part #6549). It looked huge when I unfolded it--enough so that I double-checked the package to make sure it was the right thing. Sure enough, it was, and when I put it on the grill, it fit fine. I like the Velcro straps on either side of the bottom; this made it much easier to secure against potential wind gusts and give it a little tighter protection against moisture. It could be just a bit longer--like an inch or two--to keep the whole bottom of the cart from being exposed, but it's probably designed that way so as not to entangle the wheels, should one desire to roll it around with the cover still on. All in all, I'm happy. I scored mine on a warehouse deal and it's still in perfect shape (the box hadn't even been opened, or if it had, someone took the trouble of glueing it back shut), and that knocked a dollar or so off the price. Those warehouse deals can be good buys.

Weber 6471 Original Stainless Steel Fish Basket, Large

Great for Larger Fillets and Small-Medium Whole Fish
I bought this about 3 weeks ago and have used it a few times. I'm very happy with the purchase. My high level summary is this is a great, affordable product that will allow you to execute great, chef quality cooking for your favorite grilled fish recipes.

Let me get my one negative thing out of the way: the clasp that holds the two side of the metal mesh basket together is a little difficult to open when I'm done grilling. I have a Weber Genesis grill that gets anywhere from 400-550 degrees Fahrenheit on the inside, and fumbling with this hot clasp takes a bit of practice when you want to get the fish out and onto a serving platter easily while it's fresh off the grill. But with a little practice I'm getting better at it. Still, use some sturdy pot holders to protect your fingers and don't let the basket slip and touch tour inner arm or anything. Ouch.

Putting that aside, it does a great job with larger fillets and whole fish up to about 2 lbs. I was a...
Perfect for those tough grilling jobs
The curved ends of this basket snugly fit the smaller Weber round grill and would fit the larger round grill easily. Of course it would work on any rectangular grill of sufficient size. It is well made and easy to use. So far I have grilled 3 medium sized trout (the most this item will hold) and a large batch of 1/4" thick carne asada in multiple loads. Honestly, I don't know how I would have managed the carne asada without this reliable snap-lock grilling basket. Next I look forward to trouble-free grilling of a large batch of seasoned prawns.

One important rule to successful grilled food is frequent turning on the fire--every couple of minutes or so. So very easy now!

Two recommendations:

1. As Weber recommends, always spray the basket and the food with oil--I forgot to the first time and the trout stuck and was a bit of a mess.

2. Do yourself a favor and get a pair of Aramid or other fire-proof gloves. It makes handling this grilling...
Great product
Most grilling accessories are junk, but this one really does what it is supposed to. Putting fish into the basket and removing it is easy and mess-free. The basket is easy to flip and maneuver on the grill. And best of all, the basket cleans easily in the dishwasher.

Weber Genesis 6570001 S-330 Stainless-Steel 637-Square-Inch 38,000-BTU Liquid-Propane Gas Grill

Great Quality worth the extra price
Great grill!!! Overall there are quite a few choices when picking a weber grill. 1st things 1st, if you are debating between another grill and a weber genesis - stop. Don't spend your hard earned money on the cheap grills that lack quality but offer extra features. I fell for that too, bought a $700 Perfect flame grill from Lowes two years later it burned up, and the company wouldn't do a thing about it. Weber grills typically last 10-20 years, mind you after 5 years you may need to get some parts, but nothing last forever, not even SS burners. NOW for the details. There is the E-310, E-320 and E-330 models, all come in stainless like mine, but to be honest I wouldn't have paid the extra for it if they had a black one in stock. Now for features. If you don't need a side burner - get the 310. I need the side burner for bacon in the morning, because I hate smelling bacon all day in my house. Now the E-320 and E-330, all you really get with the 330 is a sear burner(just an extra burner)...
High quality constructio but has rough edges
Just assembled mine today and it wasn't too bad.

First off don't waste your time using the little cheap wrench they send with the unit an 11mm socket wrench makes it go much faster.

This is my 4th grill in the last 15 years. Seems like the units you pick up at the big box stores for $500 just aren't made to last. The last two grills I had I picked up at Sam's club. They sure looked impressive with their stainless steel panels and 6 burners but the problems were countless wheels that broke off, the main tub rusted out the bottom on one. Other issues with the Sam's unit were that IF parts were available the cost of the parts just made the unit not worth fixing.

So I put off buying a Weber for years always said they were too expensive and if your just looking at them sitting next to a Char broil that costs half as much a novice might not see the difference, but here's what impressed me.

1. HUGE casters, These things are 4" round and are not the...
Worth the Money
After several years my old cheap Charbroil grill was on its last legs. I love to grill and I live in New England and I am the guy who shovels a path to his grill after a snowstorm. A few years ago I bought a Weber Smokey Mountain was very impressed at the quality. Thick gauge steel, very well designed, and easy to use. So when I decided to get a new grill I knew it would be a Weber and I wanted something that would last me 10 years plus. I would rather spend more money now than to rebuy something new a few years later. This lead me to the Genesis S330. I wanted stainless because more to avoid rot than for the aesthetics (it is a good looking grill) and I needed one with a side burner. I have a glass-top electric stove in my kitchen and the side burner will let me use my cast iron pans for certain recipes. Plus I can cook beans at cookouts, corn on the cob, lobster, etc. without going back and forth to the kitchen.

It was extremely well packaged, read the...

Weber Battery Electronic Igniter Kit "2007" Genesis Metal Collector Box 67726

Maybe not necessary
The Weber E320 is a great grill. My only complaint is why, in their instructions, it doesn,t explain that if you don't check the battery under the igniter switch ( did you know there's a battery in that switch? It will start to corrode and therefore stop working. Then what happens is many people start lighting their grill manually, which is a pain. I didn't know about this until the igniter stopped working and I started nosing around the and found if you twist the knob to the left, off it comes with the battery inside. I tried to clean the compartment but to no avail. I had to purchase a new igniter kit. I only used the new knob, battery and black box as the wires to the igniter were in good shape. Simply snap the old black box out after removing the knob, detach the wires, attach color coded wires to new box, snap back in, install battery and fire up. After grilling season I will remove the battery for the winter and put in a new battery next season. I hope this will be helpful...
Could be better, but it's necessary
If you have a Weber 300 (or similar) grill, this is the igniter kit that you need to buy. I give it three stars because the design makes it easy for the battery to get corroded but difficult to clean. Plus, the spark box gets dirty very easily. So every couple of years I need to buy a new one.

On a side note, you can probably find it cheaper somewhere else by searching online for "weber 67726".
Weber Battery Electronic Igniter Kit
Easy to install. Fit my Weber Spirit 300 series. Works perfectly, just hope it will last longer than the original.

Weber 7541 Gas Grill Smoker

Works great looks great with my grill!
I have the Weber Genesis grill Weber 3741001 Genesis E-310 Propane Gas Grill, Black and wanted a smoker. I had a generic smoker box and it sits on top of the flavor bars and never got very hot so very little smoke. The Weber Smoker puts the wood chips directly on the flavor bars getting them hot very fast and producing a lot of smoke. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is they say to clean the ash out after each use but much of it tends to fall into the bottom of the grill due to the large openings of the bars. I still highly recommend this product.
Will not work with 2011 redesign
This smoke box will not work with the burner redesign of the genesis for 2011. This new design has the burners oriented perpendicular with the front of the grill instead of horizontally as in years prior. You will have use a small aluminum pan with your chips and water directly on the flavorizor bars on the left or right burner for smoking until Weber redesigns this part.
Great accessory for Genesis
This works extremely well for any of the Genesis 310/320 grills that have the knobs on the tray. It will not work on any of the models that have the knobs on the front. The difference is the earlier models have burners that run side-to-side and the new models have burners that go front-to-back. My Genesis came with stainless steel grates so this is a perfect match. I keep the other grate for parties when I need maximum cooking area. But 90% of the time this replacement grate and smoker box stay on the grill. I no longer bother soaking chips since it makes no difference at all in flavor or time. Just toss them in the box a couple minutes before the meat goes on.

Weber 6555 Smoky Joe Bag Grill Carrier

The best accessory you could buy for a grill besides a chimney
This carrier is fantastic! The material and zippers are quality, it fits snugly, and I couldn't be happier. I bought the grill to take on family camping trips and this carrier makes a huge difference for transporting it. I used to have to put it in a bag, or box, and the lid would fall off or the legs would get bent. This is so much better. I highly recommend buying one of these if you have this grill.
Little tight for Smokey Joe Gold
Bought for Smokey Joe Gold Charcoal Grill. Snug fit due to the metal handle which clamps over lid of BBQ to keep it in place for traveling. Workable.
Essential for mobile grillers
I was sick of sticking filthy grill parts into plastic trash bags for transport while in the car. I should have purchased this a long time ago. If you have a Smoky Joe, you need this bag. Just be careful that it is compatible with your model of grill before buying. There are different sizes in the Smoky Joe line, and this carrier is designed for specific models.

Weber 6491 Original Folding Pocket Thermometer

Does not work
This "instant" read thermometer works okay. I was a bit unhappy after buying it to learn that you're supposed to give it 15 seconds, which is pretty long compared to the competition. However it seems to stabilize at a temperature well before 15 seconds so it's actually not that bad.

**update** After one month of use, this thermometer has stopped working correctly. I took very good care of it, but the temperature readings have become increasingly inaccurate. Now it's basically unusable for anything that needs to hit 165. The temperature reading seems to never go over 145 no matter how long I leave the food on the grill. I burned the heck out of both chicken and burgers last week because of this thermometer. Both were very over cooked all the way through, yet the thermometer kept telling me they were only 145 degrees. I have revised my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. There are much better products available for less money (one of which I just ordered).
Works as expected, built in backlight, battery included, backlight integrated. Not bad at all..
Pretty nice little unit that does what it says on the box.
As with any Weber product, you're paying a premium for the badge. That said, it works as expected and is backed with the usual Weber assurance of quality. The unit does feel a little plasticky (?) but seems sturdy enough.
It has the pleasant surprise of an integrated backlight (15 seconds before it shuts off) and you can 'pause' the reading (for example if you want to write it down) from changing/turning off for 30 seconds.
The major downside is that you're recommended to wait 15 seconds for the probe to stabilise on temperature. Not exactly an 'instant read' thermometer, but hopefully it has the accuracy to justify it.
Despite another reviewer's claims on the US Amazon site, this DOES come with a battery. It's tucked into a baggie with the instruction manual. That said, if you don't have a coin to open the back of the unit, you're screwed! :-)

All in all, a product worth considering if you too...

3/8" OD x 12-3/4" Weber Crossover Tube for 3 Burner Grills

Money saver
Instead of buying an entire burner set I bought just the cross over pipe. It worked perfect and it was not a big problem on the installation .
Parts is Parts
Well, it's a Weber part and like the original.... Not much to say except that a different design might prevent the holes from getting clogged in the future. But, replacing a part or two after many years still beats replacing the whole grill. You might consider inspecting and replacing the ignitor while doing this part. Also, there are at least three different lengths in the crossovers, so take care in matching the length to what you have. The parts lists and cross-references have a lot to be desired.
Awesome savings
Instead of having to buy all 3 burners with the crossover
like i would have from Lowes,Home Depot,Sears,Ace Hardware,
etc. for $49.95, I was able to get just the crossover for
about 8.00

Thanks Amazon,

Weber 46110001 Spirit E210 Liquid Propane Gas Grill, Black

Perfect Grill Marks!
Replacing my 9 year old Ducane, and couldn't be happier. She was one of the good ones, actually made in South Carolina, but this Weber has better temperature control and gets hot! Nice when you're grilling in winter!

Assembly was easy, the firebox and gas line assemble came pre-assembled; you just build the cart and attach the finishing components such as the ignitor, knob cover plate, side shelves and door. Took about an hour and 45 min. The instructions are clear and concise. Needed tools are a #2 Phillips screwdriver and a 7/16ths deep dish socket would be useful for the 8 nuts securing the side table brackets.

Deal maker for me was the heavy cast iron grates. These are exactly the same quality as the $699 E-310 Genesis, just smaller, and they leave great grill marks! (Please see picture).

Even though this grill has 2 burners it gets hot! Up to 550 degrees within 10 min on high. Turn down the temp and it dropped to 400 within a couple of...
Perfect BBQ
I actually purchased my E210 from a local retailer, but thought I would write a review for it here anyways.

Pro's
-----
* Gets up to 550 degrees in mid winter here in Utah
* Very sturdy construction, even the fold down shelves are very stable unlike most grills.
* Sides are basically closed with only a few small holes for rotisserie (had a bird build a nest in my last one so this was important for me, no where for them to get in now)
* Enclosed Propane area
* Propane tank meter (done by weight)
* Solid Iron Grills, good weight, good heat retention, great sear marks.
* Ignition system is great, battery powered, not one of those little push powered igniters that always break.

Con's
-----
* Cost, at $499 this was the most expensive BBQ I have purchased, and it seemed odd considering it didn't have many of the features that most others in that price range have.
* No Side Burner, but really who actually uses that...
So far, so good...
I purchased this grill from Amazon earlier this month, and was surprised that Amazon would overnight for only $3.99 with my Prime account. That convenience certainly hit Amazon's margin, its a heavy box, can't be cheap to overnight a 150lb box! So props for Amazon!

As far as the grill is concerned, I was between this Spirit E320 and the E220. Both have the side burner, which was a requirement for me. The 220 was virtually out of stock anywhere you look, and I didn't want to wait so I spent a little more and went with the 320. I was initially a little worried about the 320's size, but in reality its only slightly bigger than the 220 which is a good thing for me. I'm actually glad I went with this slightly larger model, I think its really the perfect size grill. The 220 may be a b little too junior.

I've used it every night this week, and have enjoyed it. Grill reaches 500 degrees in about five minutes here in South Florida where its 80 degrees at night in the...

Weber 17302 Firespice Cedar Planks

The juiciest ribs ever!!
These planks aren't just for planking salmon. I've made some of the juiciest ribs ever using these. In fact I only use them for ribs now. They're cedar planks there's not much you can say about a cedear plank. So here's a great recipe to get some juicy mouth-watering ribs.

Directions:

Soak the plank in apple cider vinegar for 1 hour

Cut white membrane off back of ribs

Coat back ribs with mustard

Sprinkle and pat Cedar Grilling Rib Rub over entire back ribs

Dry plank, cut garlic in half and rub top side of plank

Lightly coat topside of plank with olive oil

Lay rub coated back ribs meat side down on plank

Prepare barbeque for indirect grilling (no heat under plank)

Place plank on grill and close lid

Cook on low heat 230-250

Weber 7524 Porcelain-Ennameled Cast-Iron Cooking Grates

Great Grates!
As others have said again and again, these grids are a vast improvement over the stainless steel grates that my Weber Genesis (special edition)came with. I NOW feel I am really grilling! Best thing I could have done for my already great grill. Also so far the food doesn't seem to stick like it did with the stainless steel. If you haven't made the switch yet DO IT NOW , you'll be glad you did.
Grill works like new again!
Perfect replacement for original. I was surprised at the improvement it made searing - my old grates had gradually lost material from scraping/cleaning and were not as effective as they were when new. I replaced the old ones because we had actually gotten small bits of metal in our food while grilling. Now that I know, I will plan on replacing these every few years.
Not just for Weber Grills
I have a Charmglow (I know, Boooooooo, hissssss). But it does a great job at heating up, and is great at cooking meat. But the grates were cheap and at the two year mark looked like one big piece of rusted garbage. Or rather two. It not only made grilling unpleasant, it was cosmetically nauseating. Looking at it, I actually started to think of already buying a new grill.

Instead, I looked around for replacements and all I could find were either the originals at around $60-$90, which were flimsy and had only lasted two years (actually more like 1 1/2). and even cheaper Walmart style universal grates at around $40 that were so flimsy I could have bent them with my bare hands.

I didn't want the originals because they are round cast iron with a wrap around porcelain that looks more like a plastic wrapped grate. One little crack and moisture gets in. Then the stuff starts peeling off the cast iron (and possibly into your food) and that spells doom for the grate...

Weber 1481001 Performer Platinum Charcoal Grill, Black

Awesome grill
The grill was very easy to assemble. It took less than an hour and it was ready to go. It's very easy to use. You just put charcoal in the baskets, push the button on the gas ignitor, let the coals get cooking for about 5 minutes or so, turn off the gas and let the coals get up to temp. Then add your meat and cook. The work surface is plenty big enough to place platters, etc. I can't find a single negative about this grill.

UPDATE 4/1/13
I have used the grill upwards of a dozen times and it is still functioning flawlessly. One thing I really like is that when I am done cooking, I just close the top and bottom vents and the charcoal extinguishes. This allows me to reuse some of the charcoal the next time I grill.
Here is what I have found as far as time it takes to get from ignition to cooking. I turn on the flames and let them go for about 5 minutes to get the charcoal started. I then let cover the grill and let the charcoal sit for about 20-25 minutes to get up...
Awesome!!!!!!!
Because I have moved a lot, I have probably gone through close to 8 Weber ONE-TOUCH Silver charcoal grills but have always been happy with them. Recently, I purchased my first house so i decided to go all out by ordering a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker 22.5 and this Weber Performer Platinum. I must say, the Weber Performer has exceeded my expectations! Here are a few positives:

1. Never before have I had such easy coal ignition. This is enough reason to give praise to the Performer Platinum.
2. The table-top is spacious and is great for prepping or beer placement.
3. The storage space provides one convenient location for coals, woods, and other stuff.

Negatives:
1. Missing the beer refrigerator :)

If you can afford it, my recommendation would be to spend the extra money for the Platinum. Now that I have purchased this grill, there's no going back to the ONE-TOUCH. Hope this review helps.
Tips you need to know
I've had this grill for a few weeks now and have used it ten times. I love it. But there are a few things that might be helpful to know:

1. I'm a grill newbie and debated for a LONG time about whether to get gas or charcoal. I wanted something hassle free so that I would use it frequently (I'm lazy) and all my friends said I needed a gas grill. But I couldn't resist the charcoal grill flavor and bought this instead. Wow, it is easy to use and easy to clean! I don't regret not getting a gas grill at all.

2. That said, gas is definitely easier if you don't want to think about grilling. To use charcoal I got online and studied two stage heating and where to place coals etc. This is pretty interesting and I enjoyed learning about cooking with charcoal. Note that although this grill makes it easy to cook with charcoal, learning to cook properly takes some studying to do it right and have amazing steaks (and once you learn the basics it becomes second nature). If you...

Weber Genesis 6531001 E-330 637-Square-Inch 38,000-BTU Liquid-Propane Gas Grill, Black

Really pleased.
This is an excellent grill. Good, old-fashioned, solid quality and design. I'll try to cover some things that haven't been mentioned already.

If you want more info before you buy, download the assembly instructions and owner manual at the Weber site, under Gas Grills, Genesis 2011 series. Don't bother printing the instructions, as they will be too small to be useful. The included instructions are on both sides of a 22" by 17" (56 x 43 cm) sheet.

From arrival of the box to first flame was about two hours. None of the assembly steps are difficult, there are just a lot of them. There were some trivial things about assembly that could be improved.

Lift properly while unpacking: Most everything is heavy, and packed-in tight, and you have to lean over the large box to get them out.

The included wrench isn't that useful, so I used a socket wrench. All the parts were SAE instead of metric.

The doors are very simple to install. Set...
A seriously impressive grill!
Far from being wowed by anything you can pick up at Home Depot or Lowes I did a ton of research on grills. Not willing to accept my stepfathers warning that they are all the same and all go bad in a couple years even if they are 400 dollars, I started to find that the construction of better made and more expensive grills keeps them around for a long time. Price does not equal quality mind you but there is a difference, you just have to know what to look for. Better steel to keep from rusting, cast components to make it more sturdy so it doesn't flex like a branch in the wind, insulated hoods, cast parts instead of stamped, etc. Things like burner construction, heat distribution and heat up time can vary wildly between different grills. I'll compare this to a 450 dollar grill my parents picked up from The Great Indoors / Sears (maybe Grill Master or something) It made it about 3 years and started rusting through in Michigan and blew over in a bad storm. Basically it's trashed and...
A great grill in NG!
Through a confluence of circumstance I was in a hurry to get this grill in and installed right when this new model came out. Other than the pain suffered through paying full retail (ouch), it has been a great experience.

Assembly:
Everything fit together as it should. Get an 11mm socket on a real wrench though - the 'tool' that comes with the set is great for adjusting the doors, but don't count on using it for primary assembly unless you have a few days to spare. Hint: Use the 3 silver headed screws for the drip tray - the black headed screws are for the side burner.

NG vs Propane:
If you're going to grill year around in a climate that can get cold and can get the hook up done - go NG. Seriously. I'm loving it.

Pre-heat:
40* ambient to 600* in 9 minutes (NG version). I took it up to 650* (13 min) just to clear any remaining mfg oils on it. This is WAY hotter than any reasonable use would entail. All 4 burners running full...

Weber 7506 Stainless-Steel Burner Tube Set

Weber Genesis 1988 Like New Again
My girlfriend's family has a Weber Genesis they purchased in 1988. I was tired of the hot spot in the rear and decided to replace the burner tube set. After some research, we ordered the tubes for pre-2002 models.

The tubes arrived in official Weber packaging and fit like a glove. The Weber works like new.

The kit included shoulder bolts to replace the manifold mount bolts. Interestingly, the instructions never mentioned the bolts and give the impression the existing set are easily removed. NOT! They must be drilled out since their exposure to high heat has bonded them to the Weber housing.

After some experimentation, I found a way to remove the existing rusty tubes without drilling out the bolts on the manifold mount. Here is how:

0) follow the instructions up to the point they tell you to remove the manifold mounting bolts. DO NOT REMOVE THEM. They will break and have to be drilled out.

1) slide all three bars as snugly as...
Weber 7506 Burner Tube Set
Nothing lasts forever, not even stainless steel. I put these burners on my 10 year-old Weber Genesis 1000 and the thing runs like brand new again. They were a cinch to install once I got the right ones. The first set I received had 3 identical burners (the middle one is supposed to be 1/2 inch shorter). Once Amazon resent the correct set, instant-presto- the grill cooks like new!. Worth every cent.
Whoa, what a differnce this made on my grill!
I searched all the home center stores before realizing that while they sell Weber products, they don't support Weber products. So here's a couple of tips.

Weber guarantees their burners for ten years, you should have registered your product, but with the serial number they'll honor the guarantee anyway. Just be aware though, the serial number is printed on your grill frame and not etched, so with time and weather it fades so that you can't read it - this happens well before the ten year period. So write it down some where and store it.

WHen you go to change this burner out buy a good quality grease remover and spray it generously all over the inside of the grill, brush it and then rinse with hot water. It'll keep you clean and make the change out process easier, faster and more fun.

Once you're done, realize your newly refurbished grill will burn hotter, cook faster and save you propane costs. You'll still have the same hot spots - mine is th upper...

Weber Slide Aside Lid Holder - 16116

it works, but...
This is more of a lid holder than nifty tool that lets it "slide aside"

The thing is held to the grill by two flat hooks that don't do a good job of holding it flat against the grill. The result is that there is a lot of horizontal play when the lid is sitting in it.

Overall, it's better than using the built in lid hook to hang it on the grill handle, but not by a lot.
Slide Aside works "o.k.".
I had a Weber kettle with a built-in lid holder for about 10 years. It was on it's last legs so when I moved I junked it and bought a new one. Unfortunately it didn't have the lid holder so I ordered a Slide-Aside. It clips over the top edge of the kettle and the lower portion just rests against the lower side of the kettle. It is narrower than the built-in variety and the bottom just sort of flops free. It does the job but I have to be careful not to pull it off the top of the kettle when I put the lid back on. Also, the clips that hold it to the top edge keep the lid from sealing completely, so when I finish cooking something and close the top and bottom vents air still gets in around the lid and keeps the charcoal burning much longer. It used to be I could cook a steak, close the vents, and the next time most of the charcoal would be left. Now most of the charcoal is gone and I have to sift down the ashes and refill the charcoal holders almost every time.
Excellent addition for a Weber charcoal grill
This is a relatively simple product so I will get straight to the point. I have a 18 1/2 one-touch gold and the lid already had a hook built in that would hold it to the uncovered grill. This device is inexpensive and will hold the lid a little more securely than the hook will. The only negative I could possible think of is that I have to remove the slide aside (takes all of 2 seconds) to fit the Weber deluxe cover over the grill. I also think this would be even better if I had the 22 1/2 inch grill since the lid for that is almost twice as heavy (neighbor has one). Not a necessity, but a decent add on for the grill. I gave it 5 stars because it fit perfect out of the box and does exactly what it says it will.

Weber 6405 All-Purpose Kabob Set

Kabob Delights
I am the cook in the family and like to grill chicken kabobs coated in a sweet soy sauce [Indonesian satay]. Because of the sugar in the sauce, the kabobs often get stuck to the hot grill so the meat tears when the kabobs are turned. This set keeps the kabobs off the hot grill while letting the chicken brown nicely. If I could rate the set 6 stars I would without any hesitation. The set is so good that I bought one for each of my four children! If you are serious about grilling kabobs involving delicate foods, this is a must!
Big improvement on kabob grilling!
I, like many, had just put my kabob skewers on the grill. Steak, pork, chicken, whatever. I sprayed them, turned them, then sprayed again. Nevertheless, they stuck to the grill....
My son used wooden skewers, which burnt, shriveled, hard to remove, etc.
Found this product...very good, mainly because of the metal skewers and stand, which keeps the food off the grill. Also, the skewers are not round, but retangular, which keeps food from rotating when you turn them over. The skewers have a nice round circle at the end, easy for rotating.
Also, when you bring them in, they cool quickly, so we were able to pick them up without gloves, napkins, etc. Good product, good price, go for it!
Terrific Grilling Tool!
I really like making vegetable kabobs on the grill to accompany my summer meals, but I really don't like trying to pinch hold of and rotate round skewers to grill foods evenly, especially when the maneuver makes some of the more tender ones (cherry tomatoes, for example) fall right off. Although wooden skewers are relatively inexpensive, it also feels wasteful to throw away charred skewers after every use. The Weber Kabob Set made it onto my wish list pretty quickly, and made it onto my grill not long after that.

The skewers are rectangular instead of round, so any combination of foods stays on easily and can be turned readily. The big, round ends are easy to grasp with a grill mitt or tongs. The skewers are thicker than typical wooden ones, so you have to give some thought to how small you cut your vegetables, but their size and sturdiness makes them ideal for meats. The rack is handy not only for grilling (although the skewers can be laid directly on the grate, if...

Weber 7581 Q Replacement Thermometer for Grills

Grilling It
I drilled a hole in my round weber grill to add this thermometer to and it works perfect. It was an inexpensive way to add temp to my round weber grill.
Good item to add to my Weber Q 200
I started to learn about cooking with my Q200 and found another Weber Model Q220 had a thermometer attached to cover. I realize the difference in height between the Q200 and Q220, but my goal was to have a thermometer to measure temperture of grill when closed. To my delight the thermometer is small and by drilling hole into my Q200 cover and securing the thermometer with included wing nut, I now have a grill with a temperture gauge. It has worked perfectly.
Added it to my Weber Q100
The Q100 doesn't come with one like the Q120. I drilled a 3/8" hole and installed it, it looks like it came with it and no more guessing the temp or using the not-so-accurate pocket infrared thermometer. I'm going to get another one for my Weber 'Go-Anywhere' grill.

Searched the internet for the best price, but after adding shipping onto lower prices elsewhere, Amazon was a contender and certainly a trusted seller and got our business. The item came quickly, fit just fine, and we've been using it with no problems. We're satisfied.
Porcelain coating makes the difference!
Putting this new porcelain coated grate makes cleaning a snap! My Weber grill seems like a brand new grill and it is at least 6 years old.
Great product! Just as described
Cooking grate came earlier than promised, was brand new and was just as expected. Needed new grate as my old one that came with grill was rusty and dirty now.

Weber 7584 Porcelain-Enameled, Cast-Iron Cooking Grate

Replacement part, at price that can't be beat!
Since this is a replacement part, if this didn't do what it was supposed to do, then it would simply be the wrong part, and get zero stars. This is a product that can only get a pass/fail grade.

So instead of reviewing the obvious, this is what I found in shopping for the replacement part.

- if you want to buy this in person, good luck. Barbeques Galore of all places (that sells this grill) told me I would have to order from Weber direct as they can't even order it. Hardware stores carry this grill, but if you just need the grates, you'll need to buy the whole grill too.

- Amazon beats Weber direct by $5, and Weber will charge you shipping at a minimum of $7 for ground. If you buy from Amazon, you have Weber beat by at least $12, if you choose super saver shipping (as this automatically qualifies for).

In summary, Amazon is the place to buy this replacement part. You'll just waste your time, and gas (thus more money) if shopping locally,...
It fits!
It just sits there like it is supposed to and it prevents gravity from dropping my food on the burners. Not much to it really :)
Keeps Rusting
I had the original grate for about 2 years until it started rusting. I kept the grill on a covered porch year round without a cover while living in South Florida. When I moved to North Georgia I noticed the grate was rusting. At one point it was so bad I couldn't use the grill at all. I ordered this OEM grate along with a Q300 grill cover to prevent the new one from rusting. Not 3 months into using it and the new grill grate is rusting! I use the grill maybe once a week 3-4 times a month. I keep it clean and covered. I've even started running the burners after rains just to keep the grill grate dry. Nothing seems to make a difference. It's as if the enamel is just flacking off in spots. I'm using a brass brush as recommended with enameled grill tops and I don't apply heavy pressure. At this rate I'll be replacing this every year! At $60+ each thats adding up to a lot of money and It may be a better idea to get a different grill altogether. I really love my Weber Q300, but this is...

Weber 6630 Original 3-Piece Stainless Steel Tool Set

BBQ tools are the best !!
I'm like a kid in heaven, these BBQ tools are the best for the money. Long enough to work the food without getting burnt as was the case with my other tools. I would give these tools to any of my friends or family as gifts knowing they will be put to good use. I have seen other sets for way more money, but why spend good money on tools when you can spend them on T-Bones!!
Excellent Quality
The quality and the feel of the product is unsurpassed. Great Product - would definitely recommended. Looks like it would last a really long time.
Awesome
I love any product made feom Weber. Everything is always great quality. This grilling set is made well and I would highly recommend this product

Weber Style 6430 Pizza Stone

Get These!
We bought two. These are so great. Crust turns out cripy and we add some wood chips to the grill for a hint of smokey flavor. Excellent quality, came sooner than Amazon said.
Great pizza stone.
I bought this stone for my husband because I broke his last one. We've only used it twice so far, but it is a great stone, and we really love the handled carrier. It makes bringing it in from the outside grill very easy. I would definitely recommend this stone.
best pizza of my life!
What more do you need to know? You will think restaurant gourmet pizza sucks compared to what you can do on your own with this thing.

Here's my favorite recipe:

homemade garlic pizza dough
MEAT! pepperoni, ham, etc.
hot pepper mix: habanero, jalapeno, red chilis
quality pizza sauce from the store
your favorite freshly grated (or bagged) cheese

put the stone (no pizza yet) on the grill and heat grill up to 450* covered to get the stone nice and hot. roll your pizza dough in a baking tray while the stone heats up. after ~10 min of heating stone, take it out and put your dough on the hot stone. fill pizza w/ toppings. cook for about 15-20 minutes at 425* being careful not to burn too much. a little less for thin crust, a little more for deep dish. IMPORTANT: let cool for 5-10 min before eating or you will burn yourself! the stone retains heat for a long time, do NOT touch it with your bare hands.

the crunchy crust all the way...

Weber Q 6502 Table Kit

Fun upgrade
I have owned a Q100 Weber Q for about 2 years, and I recently added the 6502 table kit, the 6503 handle light, and installed a BBQ thermometer. The table kit is functional, but not huge, the handle light illuminates the grill perfectly, and the thermometer shows that the Q100 can get up to approximately 450 on high, but I keep it on a medium flow around 250-275 for perfect grilling!
I ultimately love the Q. It beats full size grills because it heats up much quicker, and is easy to maintain.
Should have bought 2 years ago
These little table wings enhance the usability of the Q100 grill. They add enough space for a couple of plates, hanging space for a couple of utensils, and fold neatly into the grill when it's not in use (let the grill cool first). They are sturdy and easy to clean. Also, very easy to install (about 2 minutes and a #2 Phillips head screwdriver).
Table room
A little sturdy space for the salt & pepper shakers, and bbq sauce. Each table is capable of holding your burgers and hotdogs before and after they are cooked. They do what they are meant to do and fold into your Baby Q for transport.

Weber 7553 Genesis Series Cover

New Design Change?
When I purchased my new Weber Genesis grill I wanted to get a nice cover to protect it. Amazon had it listed as backordered so I went to my local HD to buy this Weber grill cover. When I open the box I immediately noticed the nice material quality. Put the cover on my new grill and it was a perfect fit. The velcro straps hold the cover on tight so it will never blow off in a wind storm. Then I noticed two large mesh vents, one above each side table. It didn't make sense to me, but hey I'm sure Weber knows what they are doing. Then a few days later it rained on my new cover. The next day I went out to pull off the cover and both side tables had large water puddles on them. That's when I found out that when water collects on the side tables, it will drain into the cabinet below the grill. Frustrated, I went to Amazon again and read the reviews on the cover. Several people mentioned a rear vent but none mentioned any side vents. So I purchased the cover from Amazon and waited...
Do NOT buy this grill cover...
Do NOT buy this grill cover...

If you own a Genesis series grill, I strongly advise you NOT to buy this grill. Indeed, the quality of the material is great; the size is perfect. However, there are TWO SIDE VENTS that are crafted in the cover, just above the two side shelves.

These "side vents" are mesh screens that will allow any and all rainwater to flow DIRECTLY onto my/your very nice, very expensive Weber grill. I thoroughly researched this cover before I purchased it, and I had read a few reports of the side vents. But I had also read reports of a "rear vent" that worked well.

I'm not sure how one can differentiate between the two different models (and whether or not the respective model has side or rear vents). However, I do know that, if you have a Genesis-series grill, DO NOT ORDER THIS ONE... The two side vents are located ABOVE the side shelves. I will be returning this item as soon as I take the time to fold it back into the box...
Lowe's sells the Weber 7553 genesis cover WITHOUT vents!
I read the reviews about the vents issue, so I went to Lowe's today and purchased a new cover (same model #7553) which comes WITHOUT vents (item #180176, priced at $49.99). The cover looks exactly the same, but again, comes without vents so that you don't have to worry about rain getting inside. I took the cover out of the box, just to confirm.

Weber 7436 Replacement Hinged Cooking Grate

Excellent upgrade, but look for SS version
I bought this to replace the aging hinged grate on my One-Touch Gold. However, shortly after ordering, I discovered that Weber sells a stainless-steel replacement, which should never rust, so I returned this one. If you have the non-hinged grate, a hinged grate is an excellent upgrade, but if you don't mind spending a bit more, check out the Weber web site.
I wish my grill came with this in the first place
I had no idea that a cooking grate like this even existed until I was looking for Weber accessories on Amazon one day. I really wish my 22.5" Weber grill came with one of these in the first place, but I guess most casual grillers don't need access to the charcoal during grilling.

If you use lump charcoal, like I do, then this cooking grate is very valuable, because it allows you to shuffle the coals around without completely removing the grate. Also, if you use your grill to slow-cook meat, you can flip up the side of the grate and add more coals periodically without disrupting the food.
This is Not the product shown, described or labeled on packaging
This is not the product pictured, advertised to be or even what it is labeled. The ad and packaging clearly say and show a "hinged" grate. We know what it should be because our other Weber kettle has the hinged grate for ease of adding charcoal when cooking with indirect heat. This one is NOT hinged. Since this is an Amazon Prime fulfillment product, I am wondering if the supplier for Amazon is making a switch on them.
Furthermore we were charged $8.82 return postage when we returned it. We ordered another size that was also pictured, described and labeled "hinged" which also is certainly not hinged. I believe there should be some adjustment to what we were charged.

Weber 7405 Lid Handle

Fits Side Handles Too!
Although this is listed as a replacement for the handle on the lid, it works as replacements for the side handles on my kettle grill also.
Updated Weber Grill handle
This handle easily replaced the old wooden handle. All you need is a screwdriver. The heavy duty plastic seems very durable for my charcoal grill that remains outside year round.
Works well
Not much to say except it works as advertized. A good replacement for the wood one that fell off and will most likely last as long as the grill, which is over 25 years old now.

Weber 6620 Original Spatula

Excellent Product
I love this spatula! I BBQ about 2-3 times weekly, all foods-meats, vegetable, bread, potatoes. This tool works great. Nice heft, long handle, easy to clean, nonslip handle, hook for hanging. The handle is about 13.50 inches long and the head about 4.75 inches x 3.5 wide. (The hook is included in the dimensions on the website). The handle is about 1.5 wide at its widest point. You can see I am obsessed with dimensions, its so hard to judge online sometimes!) It weighs about 9-10 oz.
Good reach, keeps hands away from the heat better than most, and the grip is great
I love everything about this: a long reach to get everything on a large charcoal grill; good feeling heat resistant handle; angled handle to keep your hands away from high heat; light weight. If there is one concern, which after six months still has not materialized, is its durability. Being made of thinner gauge aluminum (don't get me wrong this is not tin foil thickness or anything - it's just not as thick and heavy as some of the older ones I purchased years before) I don't know if the metal will bend too much at the point where the neck bends away from the spatula end and meets the straight handle portion. So far all is well.
Off set Spatula
This spatula works very well with our Weber grill. The length allows for safety and it being sturdy and off set is what really makes it 5 star.

Weber 6408 Style Poultry Roaster

Totally useful and effective.
Stable and safe, it holds the chicken proudly upright. That alone is a huge virtue. And, better yet, it actually produces a very excellent result for very little effort. It is easy to clean, too.

The idea is that you add beer to the container below the spikey thing, and also to the pan area. Fruit juice or any likeable liquid also works very well. So, you can finish off the beer and find something in the fridge that will work just as well. I also add garlic and some rosemary because we have a big bush of it outside the door.

You just slide the chicken on and put the little plug in the other end to trap the steam. Steam must be the secret because otherwise it is just heat like in any oven.

My wife makes a rub with some flour, cornmeal, red pepper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in variable ratios. Rub some oil on the chicken and then the rub. It comes out very crispy on the outside and amazingly tender on the inside.

I use those Weber...
I Use it in the Oven All Winter!
Update 8/17/10: Just wanted to add that I've been using this roaster heavily since I bought it back in 2006 (took me a while to write the review, lol) and it's still in marvelous condition. So add durable to its list of attributes.

Original Review:

This is easily the best 'beer can' chicken roaster on the market, but if you're not using it during the off months in the oven, you're missing out!

The roaster is very stable, the liquid well is a little small, but I've had good luck with it. I fill the reservoir about halfway when I use beer because it will foam up when the spices are added. Be sure to use the plug provided in the neck opening, it helps to keep the bird moist. I have used a 6 pound bird with this roaster and it wasn't the least bit wobbly. I use it almost exclusively in the oven, even though it works very well on the grill. The bird will not stick to this roaster, not even a little, which is great when you're trying to lift a hot bird. It...
Beer can chicken without the mess
This is my second purchase of this item--as a gift for my son. Beer can chicken seems too unsanitary to me--do you really want a beer can with all that paint in your chicken? This way you can also use wine and what ever spices or herbs you like, and you are able to collect the gravy from the chicken instead of having it spill all over your grill. Go to the Weber site for slightly different cooking instructions from those included with the product.
